Brewing produces a very pale yellow liquor, almost clear with slight golden tint. The first cup reveals sweet, creamy flavor with soymilk quality that is smooth and mild. Fresh cucumber essence develops in subsequent steeps, providing refreshing contrast to the sweetness. Honey and lychee notes emerge in later infusions. The body is light and silky. The finish is clean with refreshing cucumber and lingering hay-like sweetness.
