The infusion is deep amber-red with good clarity. First sips are bold with dark chocolate flavor leading. Stone fruit notes reminiscent of ripe cherries emerge mid-palate, adding fruity sweetness. Maltiness develops as the liquor cools, providing cereal depth. Body is medium to full with smooth texture. Floral character weaves through all phases. Later steeps become more malty with gentler chocolate presence.
