The liquor steeps to a deep amber-orange color. Initial taste is soft and sweet with jujube character coming through immediately. The sweetness builds across the palate, developing honey qualities mid-sip. Light herbal notes provide structure without bitterness. A vanilla-like smoothness appears in later infusions. The body is medium-weight with a lingering honeyed finish.

Produced in Bailin Town, Fuding City, Fujian Province in 2016. The aging has transformed the original white characteristics into darker, sweeter territory. Good for those exploring aged whites or wanting something between fresh white and full ripened pu-erh.
