The liquor steeps to a deep burgundy-red color with clear clarity. First infusion hits with bold jujube sweetness and glutinous rice character coating the palate. The body feels thick and full from the start. Middle steeps maintain the sweet date-like quality while introducing more pronounced earthy depth. The texture stays smooth and rich across five to six infusions. Later brews retain sweetness with increased mineral and wood notes.
